Our remote system monitors all IP based devices at a customer’s site based on industry best-practices monitoring policies. Detailed and reliable remote monitoring allows our customers to become proactive and address problems before they occur. Remote systems monitoring enables monitoring of the server activity, performance, and server usage. These monitoring tools provide reports and alerts through e-mail, or you can view the reports from a Web page. This information helps owners to have an insight to the network’s health.
The monitoring setup is simple because of our auto-discovery utility. The utility will identify all network components such as workstations, servers, operating systems, websites and network devices (i.e. firewalls and routers.) Then, the system will use industry based standards and protocols (WMI and SNMP) to monitor performance and availability of all devices. Remote Monitoring is integrated with Windows Software Update Services and Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA). The alerts, views and groups are customizable to fit any business’ needs.
