Level 1 – Help Desk: Our help desk includes telephone or email support for all desktop application questions. It includes a 10% labor discount.
Level 2 – Remote Monitoring Bundle: Remote Monitoring includes the Level 1 Help Desk plus remote monitoring of a network. There are also two GBs of storage included for offsite backups and a 15% labor discount.
Level 3 – Managed Services: Managed Services include the Level 2 Remote Monitoring Bundle plus a predetermined block of monthly hours. This feature eliminates monthly billing spikes; the hours worked are deducted from the remaining block. This package includes a 20% labor discount.
Level 4 – Flat Rate Bundle: Our most comprehensive bundle includes all of the features from Level 3 with emergency after-hours support and a 20% labor discount. Â
